For applying educational assessment, candidate needs to download and complete and sign the educational assessment form
and send it with supporting materials to Student's Enrollment/Registration: student_registration@chcpa.org.
Supporting materials include passport size photo, educational materials (certificates of degree and trasncripts) , resume, passport and other licences and certificates.
Assessment fee must be paid when you apply for a assessment. You can check the Payment for acknowledgement.
Upon receiving all required items, the association will conduct a case- by-case assessment based on the materials you submit. You will receive a notification after the assessment is completed from the association. The assessment lasts from 2-4 weeks. If you did not receive any respond after 4 weeks, please contact the association for assistance.
Note:Applicants must complete and sign the application form correctly and submit the application fees properly. If you failed to pay the application fees within 3 months from the day your materials were received, the application will be invalid.There are deadlines for application submission as follows:
